Who we are
TastyStocks LLC ("Tasty Stocks", "we") runs this website, the Tasty Stocks newsletter (published on Substack) and the TastyInvestor review service.
The newsletter is not personalized advice
Newsletter content is general and impersonal, the same for every reader, and does not consider your circumstances. Do your own research and consider your own situation before acting.
Reviews
Personalized reviews are a separate service governed by the Client Agreement, delivered through a registered investment adviser named at checkout.
Accounts
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.
Payments
Review fees are charged in US dollars through Stripe. Annual plans renew automatically each year until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Newsletter subscriptions are billed and cancelled through Substack.
No guarantees
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Options can lose their entire value. Past performance, including our published trade log, does not guarantee future results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under securities laws.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect.
