What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash); the profile you submit (age, goals, risk answers, holdings and weights, 401(k) funds); booking times; payment status from Stripe (we never receive your full card number); and basic usage events (pages viewed) with no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies.
How we use it
Only to prepare and deliver your review, run your account, process payments, send service emails, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (if your call is booked through it), the registered investment adviser delivering your review, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs.
Retention and deletion
We keep advisory records as long as the law requires (often five years for advisers). Otherwise you can ask us to delete your data at any time: email hello@tastystocks.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in an access-controlled database with daily backups. We never ask for brokerage logins.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU/UK, or India under the DPDP Act) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to processing. Email us to exercise them; we answer within 30 days.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18.
